This is also true of the hose it comes with. But it is good enough and I would buy again if needed.

Works well, head is quite big so the pressure is a bit lower than with a small shower head, not very heavy and also need to make sure fitted tightly together because if the water pressure is high it will leak. Have purchased another set for our other bathroom.

This is undoubtedly a good quality product but it does not have the same water power as our last bidet.

WE bought this as a replacement for our previous shower head KIT2650 which was not working due to being blocked up with lime scale and although dearer the spray was no where as powerfull

We strongly suggest all bidet showers are connected via a water isolating valve such as the one supplied with this unit and checked regularly to ensure they are functioning.
