I have been using this product for about a month, since moving permanently from Egypt to the UK.
It is a relief to have one anyway and this product does what it should. There is a slight bit of dripping after use, even when I close the isolating valve and empty the shatafa system. I just have a small plastic tub (re-use and re-purpose) on the floor to catch the drips, which are not constant and negligible.
I guess in a hot country any drips almost immediately evaporate so I never noticed but in a temperate country any small drips take a long time to evaporate.

My first order was 2 years ago and the bidet showers are performing well along with the control valve. I had to renovate another common bathroom and hence reordered from same company - Good service and reliable. Also, In the first order, a pipe was missing, but company promptly sent another one out. Would recommend.

Just bought this to replace the same model purchased some 5 years ago. These shower heads will definitely leak over time if NOT turned off EVERY TIME at the valve mains (there is clear warning enclosed in the kit) thus flooding the bathroom floor. Aside from that, the unit is very simple, light & flexible to use and quite robust.

MET1900: Premium Quality Bidet Spray.
Each Bidet Spray is supplied with the following:
- Bidet spray head with water control trigger The bidet spray head is manufactured in high impact ABS with a mirror chromium plate finish. Weight of shower head, around 80 grams.
- 1.2M Double lock Stainless Steel hose. Our hoses are specifically designed for use with our Bidet Sprays. The flexible, 1.2m ( 40") length is designed to withstand more than 3 times your normal domestic water pressure.
- Special wall mounting bracket and fixings. Enabling you to hang your Bidet Spray in a convenient location within easy reach of the toilet.
For warm water systems you will require a mixer, we stock a number of these which can be found in Warm Water Mixing Valves section. For added convenience we also supply a number of warm water kits, prefixed by KIT providing all the key components your plumber will need to install a warm water system these can be found in Warm Water Bidet Shower Kit section.
