Installation requirements.

• A fully compliant power source to the seat (in U.K. to BS7671) and located within 1.5m of centre line of toilet (240V 50Hz 1.7Kw max) suggest located on the right facing pan.
• A mains water supply of between 0.07 Mpa (0.7 bar) and 0.74 Mpa (7.4 bar) pressure. The inlet for the seat water supply is on the left facing the toilet pan.

1. Seat function

• Twin separate nozzles: A nozzle for posterior cleaning and separate nozzle exclusively to assist with feminine hygiene, especially effective during menstruation or pregnancy.
• Swinging movement: enables greater cleaning with the automatic back and forth movement of the nozzle.
• Nozzle position adjustment: 5 settings available to suit individual requirement.
• Water temperature adjustment: 4 settings available (room temperature ~ 40°C) to suit every one's preference.
• Water pressure adjustment: 5 settings available.
• Self-cleaning nozzle: automatically cleans nozzle before and after each use.
• Simplified manual nozzle cleaning: Easy to reach the nozzle for manual cleaning with push of a single button.
• Continuous heating: water keeps warm continuously over time.
• Water tank capacity: 0.8 litre.
• Safety devices: thermal fuse, thermostat (bi metal), floating switch.
• PLEASE NOTE: This is our entry level unit and is NOT equipped with heated seat. warm air drying or odour extraction, if these features are required please consider the UB-7235U

2. Safety

• Occupied seat sensor: disables all functions when the seat is not occupied.
• Circuit breaker: designed to protect from any damage caused by overload or short circuit.
• 11 safety devices: providing absolute safety in use.
• Self-diagnosis: the appliance will alert any malfunction by blinking led.

• Please Note. To achieve full WRAS compliance an ‘Approved’ single check valve or some other no less effective backflow prevention device providing backflow prevention protection to at least fluid category two must be fitted at the point of connection between the water supply and the water inlet to this appliance.
