Kaizen Solutions recently supplied and fitted two Bidet style toilets. One fitted very easily, the second one proved to be difficult. Kaizen Solutions solved all problems with skill, patience and panache and could not be faulted. Electrical connections were completed with a degree of ingenuity with very little wire to be seen. I have no hesitation in recommending the services of Kaizen Solutions and grade their services 5 star.

My wife has wanted a bidet for ages but unfortunately our bathroom did not have the room for it. We stayed at a Hotel that had this toilet and our problems were solved. It is the same size as a regular toilet but with an amazing seat.

This toilet is up to the high standard of the toilets in Japan. We needed to have electricity routed to our toilet room and the water pressure from our loft tank was not enough to drive the seat function but our plumber made these adjustments and the toilet was installed in a day with minimal disruption.The toilet and seat look good and all the functions work properly. we are very satisfied.

Toilet successfully delivered a day early, not yet installed but looks like what was wanted.
Packaging was excellent and well wrapped so no damage.
Only one small quibble is that as this was a pallet delivery it was important someone was there to meet the driver however your courier had subcontracted the job to another courier who was unable to give a sensible estimate of when package would arrive and who had a single driver who was unable to offload the pallet without assistance.

the toilet has just been installed and I am still getting to grips with it. The look of the toilet fits with the rest of the bathroom fittings and fortunately the bathroom carpet did not have to be replaced. The controls are easy to read and use and the fitting process by the plumber and the electrician was done within 4 hours. I am very pleased with the unit.

Installation Requirements
- Connection piping to the sewerage waste system
- The seat requires a mains water supply of between 0.07 Mpa (0.7 bar) and 0.74 Mpa (7.4 bar) pressure. The inlet for the seat water supply is on the left facing the toilet pan.
- A fully compliant power source to the seat (in U.K. to BS7671) and located within 1.5m of the center line of the toilet (240V 50Hz 1.7Kw max) suggest located on the right facing pan.
