You can buy with confidence from Kaizen, as specialists in bidet toilets they were able to offer the widest choice and sound advice. I spoke to Bevan and Lucas several times before choosing the right unit for us. They were both very helpful and extremely knowledgeable, and gave me the confidence to place an order.
Very pleased to say the items arrived quickly and were very well packaged. Not yet installed, but feel confident that if any problem were encountered, Kaizen are only a phone call away.
In my opinion this is the very best place to buy a bidet toilet from.

It was a pleasure to deal with this company.......to deal with a knowledgeable person ( I think a principal ) who could explain the various models in clear concise English language was a reassurance .
The loo/bidet arrived on time .......the packing was excellent .....& the instructions easy to follow.
I would have no hesitation in dealing with this company again in the future........unlike many fraught transactions recently . And......they do answer the phone !!!!!

If you’re after a bidet shower toilet that not only looks great but has all of the features that you need then this is the one. Works perfectly and very easy to use (and to install). Dark sensitive Led lights are great too.
