I cannot recommend this company enough. I bought an aqua clean Mera comfort shower toilet in June’24. I was not ready to take delivery as my bathroom was being refurbished. I liaised with Lucas throughout the purchase. I told him that as I was not ready could he store the toilet until such time I was ready. Lucas was very accommodating and said that would not be a problem it could be kept at the warehouse. I kept in touch with Lucas intermittently to check that all was ok to still keep it in storage for me. Lucas was so good and said it was fine and he put my mind at rest many times. However, it took ten months until I was ready for the shower toilet (April’25)! I would just like to say a huge thank you to Lucas for his excellent customer service, efficiency and professionalism regarding this purchase. I would also like to say a big thank you to Bevan as I spoke to him a few times when Lucas was not available to take my call. Bevan answered all of my questions and was very patient. I would like to add this was such a pleasurable experience shopping with Kaizen Solutions and would not hesitate to use them again.
