I have ordered from this company in 2019. Ordered two bidets showers and the delivery came on time. I then reordered from them but I ordered the wrong part and it was easy returns process. I would highly recommend ordering from them. The customer service is really good.

We have had two bidet toilet seats for several years and when one of them stopped working correctly we rang to see if they could be serviced. We were told we could ship them to them or drop them off. As we were heading to Yorkshire from Berkshire for the weekend we decided to drop them off and collect on the way back. When we dropped them off on Friday morning, we explained the possible problems and they said they'd have a look and contact us if there were any problems and we said we'd be back on Tuesday morning to collect them. On our way back our plans changed and we asked if we could collect them by 5pm, half an hour after they were due to close. They very kindly agreed to stay open until we got there and Bevan then showed us that they were both in full working order and explained what had been changed on one of them. I greatly appreciated their flexibility to stay open until we could get there as otherwise we would have had to double back the following day or get them delivered back to us. Bevan and his colleagues went above and beyond and I certainly recommend Kaizen Solutions for both the products they supply and the aftersales customer service, absolutely great.
