The company,and in particular Brian Lucas,were excellent,
They delivered at exceptionally short notice the appliance which was fitted by my own plumber at a very reasonable cost,total for the device and fitting £1500.00 instead of the £3800.00 quoted by another company,that was just the cost of appliance,fitting by them was to cost a further £1150.00.

The device was delivered spot on the time promised found to correct in every respect and fitted with no difficulty in 11 hours not the three days according to our other quote.

The device up to present is working exactly as it should and we are delighted with Kaizean company and Mr Lucas.

The toilet seat is at a very comfortable height and the bidet sits very neatly on to it. The whole sales process was seamless to delivery. They even called me to discuss the purchase and delivery. A great company to deal with.

Ordering and paying was so easy. Progress of the order was passed often. The package arrived extremely well protected and with no damages. The delivery driver telephoned several times to make us aware of his estimated arrival time. Although the unit has not yet been installed as building work continues I am sure that we will be very pleased with the result.

The increased height of this unit makes all the difference to sitting and standing.
Apart from the height advantage the flushing operation is extremely efficient - probably the most efficient I have come across.
I should add that the company is extremely efficient.

The height option was presented to me as per email reply I received and was very easy to choose.
Having the height option has really helped me choose this toilet as I am paralysed and this will help me on and off the unit a lot more easily. I wholeheartedly recommend this product, the option and the customer service. Fantastic.

Having bought the shower toilet and previously having had an extra height toilet it was logical for me to go with the comfort height unit on my new installation. It is perfect for my needs and is a great boost with allowing me to retain some independence and carry on in my own home despite my disabilities.
