Overall, an excellent service and a very positive purchasing experience. I would be very happy to recommend Bidet Showers to anyone considering purchasing from them.

What a great company to deal with ! Slight problem with a part but replaced in 24 hours without any fuss. Nice people to speak to on the phone. Great product.

I needed a replacement part for a discontinued model. The response to my query was prompt and informative. Once ordered, the part was shipped rapidly and available for me to purchase online and to be collected immediately (other delivery options were offered). Highly recommended.

The bidet is amazing the value for money is exceptional. It was installed by a quality plumber and he praised the item and the packaging. Also a very important point is it is higher than an ordinary toilet so easy to get off and on

Excellent customer, and Technical Service. Any problems incurred while installing, Tec/Dept, solved. Would highly recommend this supplier.
