I bought the bidet toilet I wanted before my loft extension was built to help avoid inflation. Three months later when ready to install it I realised A - I forgot to buy a frame to hang it from the wall and B - the frame I needed was out of stock. The Bodet showers team were really supportive and helped me find a suitable alternative in no time, even adjusting the alternative for me slightly so it would fit my bathroom. Great company
