The shower is made of plastic which looks and feels cheap. I returned it based on look and feel so can't comment on functionality. There are good quality metal bidet showers available from other retailers for half the price. I had gone for this particular one based on reviews but as mentioned above i was not satisfied with the overall quality i received

We have sold many thousands of the MET2380 since 2007 and while most customers generally do not leave reviewsif they are happy with the product, a few do, all of the previous reviews up to this one have been 5-star for this unit.
99.8% of the shower heads manufactured globally are ABS for very very good reasons, being made off metal does not equate to quality, this unit has an excellent valve mechanism, does not leak or drip and is highly durable, these are quantifiable aspects of the product quality, "look and feel" is highly subjective and in the eye of the beholder, We clearly advise in the product description manufactured from ABS
We are proud to this being the first bidet shower model we every sold back in 2007 and it still continues to be one of our best seller owing to reliability and price.
You failed to mention you were instantly advised you could return for a no quibble full refund, which you have received.

This bidet showerhead has been designed with your comfort in mind - no angular edges to risk grazing; compact and easy-to-operate shape making ones' washing effortless in a restricted space. Also it's lightweight; not just for ease of use but if you drop it, it won't damage anything (or itself).
If I had more loos I'd buy one of these for each of them!

I had had a problem with a previous shower head and the company offered to send me out a replacement of a more robust model. They did this very promptly and I was really impressed with the customer service and very appreciative. The new shower head seems to be working a treat. Thanks a million.

Replaced a shower head which had become hard to squeeze. This one works as designed and have had no problems with it. Instructions from Bidet Showers were also very clear and helpful

This purchase was a replacement for the same type /model I bought 5 years ago. Used every single day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. We're a family of 7!
I am surprised that it lasted this long. Never had any problems with the old one. Just worn out. After 5 years I have no complaints with quality or its longevity.
Small, compact and robust. What you absolutely expect but rarely receive.
Recommend to anyone wanting that extra bit of a hygienic wash. Small and styled enough to go with any bathroom.

I bought MET2380 bidet shower/spray about six years ago that was regularly used quite a few times daily; now it started to drip a bit when not in use. What can I say; I have bought another, as we were so pleased with the quality and service of this bidet unit.

Product Description
MET2380: Premium Quality Bidet Shower.
Each Bidet Shower is supplied with the following:
- Bidet shower head with water control button type trigger The bidet showery head is manufactured in high impact ABS with a mirror chromium plate finish. Weight of shower head, around 68 grams.
- 1.2M Double lock Stainless Steel hose. Our hoses are specifically designed for use with our Bidet Showers. The flexible, 1.2m ( 40") length is designed to withstand more than twice your normal domestic water pressure.
- Special wall mounting bracket and fixings. Enabling you to hang your Bidet Shower in a convenient location within easy reach of the toilet.

For warm water systems you will require a mixer, we stock a number of these which can be found in Warm Water Mixing Valves section. Basic installation information available by clicking the Installation Guides. We strongly suggest you fit your bidet shower via a water isolating valve such as our VAL0800 and turn off after Each use, this not only extends the life of the shower and hose but also safeguards against accidental spillages.
