Having recently visited Japan we just had to have a smart toilet seat and are delighted that we bought this one from Bidet Showers. Delivery was next day after ordering; the product was relatively easy to install and works brilliantly.

The seat was installed in our bathroom whilst our en suite was converted into a wet room with facilities to cope with my wife's disabilities due to Parkinson's, which have become more severe of late. It has proved a godsend, though it took some time for her to become adept, and she still has a little difficulty eyeballing the buttons on the rear of the arm control.
The en suite should be completed next week, fingers crossed, with a comfort height bidet toilet and only a quarter of the buttons to press.

After our family trip to Japan last year, we decided we would have a Japanese-style toilet installed at home.
We're very happy with our Aqua-Sigma toilet seat. It fits perfectly and everything works just as intended. The Kaizen/Bidet Showers team helped us to pick the right seat and were able to organise the installation too. I would definitely recommend this to anyone thinking of a Japanese-style toilet for their own homw.

An excellent product whose connection kit requires a little attention

Having lived in the Fear East we wanted a bidet or equivalent and the Japanese solution seemed the most convenient. We settled on this Korean manufactured product which seems well made and now works well.
A couple of hitches could have required expensive plumbing costs. The non-return valve was stuck closed and the fittings mixed UK and European metric connections. With these resolved we are vary satisfied with the end result.

We find it difficult to understand how you or your installer believe you received mixed U.K. and metric connections; Plumbings pipe and threads have been harmonised throughout the EU for some years, pipe being supplied in metric sizes such as 15mm etc and all plumbing threads BSP sizes (a derivative of the whitworth thread) so not possible with new pipe and fittings to have mixed UK and European metric connections.

I have previously owned another brand, which was very good, however this one has the edge. Easy to fit, and the seat can be easily removed for cleaning etc by pressing a catch on the side.

My wash & dry toilet seat fitted easily & simply by my plumber. Luckily I had a power source next to the toilet. It does exactly what it says. Having recently holidayed in Japan where over 74% of the people have these toilet seats as well as placed in all public toilets. It's wonderfully easy to use & the instructions are straightforward. I would have preferred the rear of the fitting to be more streamlined & less bulky looking. I would recommend to everyone.

Great Product it does exactly what it says. I purchased this product for a couple of reasons, firstly I'm disabled and it assists me for that reason. secondly my son uses so much toilet paper that I felt I had to save my funds and a small forest somewhere!
The only issue I have is I like to read during this time and it can be a little difficult to concentrate if you press the power wash with a massage!! :)
Its a low noise product and easy to install, and great service from Bidet Showers,

I ordered this bidet one day and it was delivered the next .Excellent service.
It seems to be well made and performs as well if not better than described. I previously had another make but the plastic on it cracked in many places. That company were not interested as it was just out of warranty.
Overall a well made and well designed product.

As a Japanese, I miss shower toilet seat in the UK. I found Dib seat 9 years ago and this is the second one.
it is reliable, easy to use. I hope shower toilet seats will be distributed to more people in this country. it is hygienic and healthy!

Bought this as I have a medical condition that puts me in the loo a lot and get horribly sore in the dark region! I've had it for a few weeks now and I'm pleased to say it does its job nicely. Simple to fit with basic diy skills. Looks smart and purposeful. Very comfy to sit on. Quiet in operation. Simple to figure out its various functions as the controls are intuitive. Dryer works well provided you have a quick dab with paper first. Water stays warm no matter how long you run it. Time will tell how durable it is but for the money I think it's really great. Helpful and prompt service from Kaizen too.
I really think it's a great thing to pamper your essential equipment and this seat is likely to become a treasured item!

We have just last week had our bathroom renovated with the inclusion of the toilet bidet seat. Our builder/electrician said that it was easy to install. For the first couple of days there was an unpleasant smell from the unit but this has now dissipated and any usual smells generated when in use are, of course, absorbed by the deodorizer. I absolutely love it. But I wish I had ordered the complete unit - pan and seat together as the wc I chose isn't quite compatible with the seat.

I had a new Toilet seat from you to replace an older model of 2-3 years, obviously not your model, the plumber had no problems in fitting your model to the existing fittings I had installed for the older model. I find that your model is as easy to use as the older model, and that your handbook has all information required for servicing and spare parts, a very big advantage over the former model.

after many trips to Japan we finally fouhd a UK compatible toilet seat of Japanese standard. Made in Korea, but..
Online fitting guides were brilliant in making sure it was the right size.
Easy to fit - both plumbing and electric in the end, although it helped that we had just had the house rewired and so had planned for power near such a product.
Family think it is wonderful, especially the warm function on cold nights and the warm wash.

yes. recommended. Expect more of the family will be around for them.

Following a holiday to Japan earlier this year we were greatly impressed by the Japanese toilet seats that include a bidet system as well. On our return, a friend who we met on holiday e mailed me with Kaizen Solutions web site showing their range of toilet seats.

My friend purchased straight away and I have read his report on feedback, totally 100% of a good product and good company.

I also purchased and have only just recently had the seat wired up with electricity. I can honestly say that I am 100% satisfied with the Aqua-Sigma C-750 toilet seat I purchased. I totally endorse Kaizen Solution as a company and supplier and plan to purchase another one in the future for our downstairs cloakroom.

After having tried a cheaper make of bidet toilet seat which was totally inadequate I can only praise the Aqua Sigma C-75 as doing exactly as your website says in the descriptive literature. Both my wife and myself would recommend this product without hesitation and I can only say that we are totally satisfied with our purchase, and our dealings with you. Ordering was done one day,we took delivery the next, and the seat was fitted without any problem the following day. All in all excellent service and it was a pleasure doing business with you.

Like many people who have been to Japan I loved the hygiene standards, especially the toilets. I was pleased to find that I was able to get the same at home, in my case without having to change the whole toilet. My existing pan is relatively small but this seat fitted surprisingly well. It was easy to fit, I did it myself with the use of a self cutting valve. I did need the assistance of a qualified electrician for the electrical connection.
The delivery was extremely well organised. I ordered one day, it arrived the next & was fitted the following day.

I recently returned from Japan where I encountered electronic toilets for the first time.

Apparently 75% of homes in Japan have them and they were in all the hotels and public toilets that I encountered. This approach to toilet hygiene makes the normal western system seen medieval!

In my search to find a UK supplier I contacted Bidet-showers whom I found to be extremely helpful. I ordered a Aqua-Sigma Dib C-750 and it was delivered the following morning.

I found that I needed to adjust my plumbing by purchasing a compatible connector but I was able to complete the connection myself. I did have to employ an electrician, for legal reasons, to install a suitable spur however this was a straightforward job and it was completed in about 90 minutes.

The system is now working well and compares favourably with those I encountered in luxury hotels in Japan.
