This new seat seems more robust than the previous one. We think that it is wonderful . It is especially beneficial for my disabled husband who finds it impossible to cope with normal toilets. I was very impressed with the service we received. Lucas was extremely helpful. The only niggle I had was with the delivery company their way of tracking my delivery was to text me @7.39am to say my delivery slot was 7.41 to 8.41. It was delivered @ 7.41! I was still in bed. The seat itself is great & I recommend it to everyone . Pauline Whelan

The UB-7235U looks OK and all previous shower toilets I’ve used have worked very well. The inside front of the toilet bowl shows because the UB 7235 is rather narrow at the front, in spite of toilet (Ideal Lily) meeting all the measurement requirements for this seat. Connection to mains pressure water has delayed the installation. I will review the seat when installed.

Have had a very good service, delivery was very fast and efficient, and have now had the bidet seat installed, all quick and easy installation, and my husband is very happy with the seat, as he is disabled this has helped get his independence back.

This item is as described, instructions for fitting & operation are excellent (including videos) and the action is all it's said to be.
Slight slackness on the seat/cover hinge mechanism when raised but this disappears when seat down on pan.

Having returned from Japan (a holiday) and experiencing Japanese style toilets, I carried out a Google search to see if these toilets could be sourced in the U.K.
I came across bidet-shower.co.uk, have viewed the different styles and designs I called for advice.
The help was superb, no pressure to buy and sound advice and guidance given, I thought about buying for a few days, doing research on other companies but couldn't find one that gave better information.
I placed my order a the seat was delivered the very next day (great service).
All in all very pleased and have already recommended bidet-shower.co.uk to a friend who is also interested in installing one in his house.

It looks attractive and the warm seat is wonderful on a cold morning.
The wash facility is accurate and comfortable.
The odour eliminator is efficient and helpful.
I use much less paper and the bathroom is a more pleasant place.

Got back from a trip to Japan and just had to buy one of these for the house.
Easy to install and no problems with the functions which are clearly labelled in English.

Installation requirements.
- A fully compliant power source to the seat (in U.K. to BS7671) and located within 1.5m of the center line of the toilet (240V 50Hz 1.7Kw max) suggest located on the right facing pan.
- A mains water supply of between 0.07 Mpa (0.7 bar) and 0.74 Mpa (7.4 bar) pressure. The inlet for the seat water supply is on the left facing the toilet pan.
