Had to replace Remote Control Unit for Bidet unit as original dropped in toilet and stopped working. List of replacement seems high (c.£90) and was surprised that unit is not waterproof bearing in mind where used.
However, it was our fault. Had the system for 2 years and all continues to work well without any issues.
Very happy with both product and service. Have rung for advice a few times and always get a helpful response
