Spoke to the company several times to sort issue with great support. Sent it back for repair and general sort out. All done within a few hours of delivery and I had my seat back im 48 hours. Re-used the packaging too which I really liked as this slightly reduces our environmental impact! Great job, rapid turnaround and excellent service.

I sent my ISPA bidet lavatory seat back after it stopped working. It has been returned to me functioning but actually some of the options ie combinations of air and water are not working. But still main functionality is restored and Bidet Showers did a great job of getting back promptly. I would use Bidet Showers again.

Our now 'invaluable'** electronic toilet seat developed a fault and Bidet Showers resolved the issue rapidly and efficiently with no issues for a fixed charge including return postage via DPD.

Sent off for repair on the Saturday and had it back working perfectly again within the same week by the Friday (and it was a Bank holiday week too so that delayed the postage by 1 day !)

They replaced the faulty parts (water pump etc) and even replaced another component 'just in case' as it was showing slught limescale build up.

** if you've had one, been to Japan or S.Korea you'll understand exactly what I mean :o)

I sent my bidet seat to Kaizen Solutions after it lost power so that nothing worked. For a fixed price that included parts and return shipping it was returned fully working in three days.
Through no fault of theirs I had to return it again for a seat release catch to be replaced and this time it was returned in two days !!
I can't praise their service highly enough and knowledge of the product is second to none. Thanks to all concerned.

I am disabled and have had my electronic shower bidet for a while now warranty has run out and it devolped a fault due to very hard water in my area so panic time for me rang Bidet Showers where I bought it from and they were great told me its a fixed price repair which was very reasonable, even included return postage I posted it on a friday wed had it back so panic is over now and im pooping again happily..Im so glad I bought it from them made me feel better after talking to them pre-repair. Their attitude was great and made me feel that it was not the end of the pooping world and all would be ok. I was prepared to fork out and buy a new one but was honestly told I would save a lot of money by just having a repair Im glad I listened.In my honest opinion the way things are today you cant go wrong buying from this company, sales and after sales is really top notch I cant thank them enough you wont get service like this anyware else I bet.

My bidet-toilet seat developed a fault. After telephone consultation I have returned the seat for repair. It was returned to me in four days, including Bank holiday. The cost of repair was also very reasonable. All in all, excellent service.

Had what turned out to be a pump and sensor failure on a 4 year old seat. Returned seat to Kaizen having spoken to Lucas - they paid the postage. Missed Monday pick up from Currys but went Tuesday. Delivered to Kaizen Wednesday lunchtime who repaired it and posted it back to me. Reinstalled and working by Thursday afternoon. All before Easter. Can't get better than that - the guys were very helpful and efficient. Would thoroughly recommend as a company.
