TOTO RP Rimless Close Coupled WC with Soft-Close Seat 

The TOTO RP Rimless Close Coupled WC combines contemporary design, advanced hygiene features and future WASHLET compatibility in one refined toilet package. Supplied complete with the RP ceramic pan, close coupled cistern, matching soft-close seat and FlexCover, it is ideal for customers wanting a premium TOTO WC with the option to upgrade to a WASHLET at a later date.

The RP features clean lines, a modern D-shaped bowl, slimline seat profile and neatly integrated ceramic cistern. Its close coupled design makes it suitable for straightforward bathroom refurbishments where a wall-hung frame or concealed cistern may not be practical. Approximate dimensions are 380mm wide x 700mm deep x 836mm high with cistern, with the ceramic pan measuring 380mm wide x 700mm deep x 438mm high.

A key benefit of this model is its WASHLET-ready design. Concealed access points allow for future water and electrical connections, enabling later installation of a TOTO RG or RG Lite WASHLET seat when used with the appropriate close coupled connection set. When installed as a standard toilet, the supplied FlexCover neatly conceals the WASHLET connection openings for a clean, finished appearance. Compatible WASHLET models include the RG Lite TCF34170GEU and RG TCF34270GEU.

For hygiene and easy maintenance, the RP includes TOTO’s rimless bowl design, removing the traditional hidden rim where dirt, limescale and bacteria can collect. This is combined with TOTO’s TORNADO FLUSH system, which creates a powerful circular flow of water to clean the bowl efficiently, quietly and with reduced splashing. The RP uses a water-saving dual flush of 3 / 4.5 litres.

The ceramic pan is finished with TOTO’s CEFIONTECT glaze, an exceptionally smooth surface designed to make it harder for waste, mould and bacteria to adhere. Together with the rimless bowl and Tornado Flush, this helps keep the toilet cleaner for longer and reduces the need for harsh cleaning chemicals.

The included RP soft-close seat complements the shape of the ceramic and provides quiet, controlled closure. The toilet also features a horizontal outlet, ceramic cistern and conventional close coupled layout for practical installation. Openings on both the left and right sides of the ceramic allow for use of an external angle valve where required.
