Delivery of purchased goods

We aim to process and despatch all completed orders received prior to 12:00 noon the same day All Items will be securely packed to prevent damage in transit. The vast majority of our goods come with a number of delivery options We will acknowledge all orders with an order confirmation sent your advised by address, the order confirmation will detail the item ordered by part number and or description, the price paid with Net and VAT where applicable and the delivery address, in addition each order will also receive a paid invoice receipt in PDF format detailing the net cost of the item(s) and VAT if applicable and the grand total charged. It is the customers responsibility to check the order confirmation email to ensure the delivery address is correct and complete, the items ordered are correct and the price charged is correct. Please contact us immediately if there are any discrepancies, so we may amend in aa timely manner.

Our products are offered subject to availability. In the rare event we cannot supply you with any part of your order, we will contact you via email or phone to advise you and offer an immediate refund.

If goods are being delivered outside of the United Kingdom you as the purchaser will be responsible for any customs or duties that may be applicable to that country or territory, As the U,K. is now out of the European Union for goods shipped from the U.K. to EU countries we are required to provide the recipients National ID or passport number to the courier company for the purpose of collecting any tax and duties owed.

Deliveries / goods not received

We can not accept responsibility for delays caused by Royal Mail. If it is of absolute importance you require your product by a certain date we strongly advise you use our guaranteed next working day Courier Service or Royal Mail tracked Special Delivery, you may select this service during the purchase check-out process for a small additional fee. Royal Mail will not accept any claim for delayed or lost packages until 21 working days have elapsed from the date of postage, if the delivery must be received by a certain date please use a tracked service. We recommend you do NOT book any installation service until you are in receipt of your item as delays can occur due to reasons beyond our control

We always obtain a Certificate of postage which is retained for 21 days and will be provided on request. Please also note that the maximum possible claim under standard Royal Mail is one hundred times the cost of a 1st class stamp, currently around £39.

In the rare event an item is lost by Royal Mail please note that we are unable to replace the product until you have complied with the Royal Mail procedures for standard insurance claims which state there must be a minimum delay of 15 working days from the date of postage before Royal Mail will consider an item lost. In the event the item is lost by a courier company, we will either send a replacement or immediately refund any payment in full.

Please allow 5 working days for your goods to arrive by Royal Mail, if you do not receive your goods after this period of time, please advise by contacting us at admin@bidet-shower.co.uk with your order number. This number will be included in the e-mail you received when you ordered the goods from us. You must notify us with 10 days of the purchase date if an item has failed to arrive; after this date will be unable to support any claim. We will strive to resolve the issue as quickly as possible and to your complete satisfaction, remember if it's urgent we recommend you select the courier delivery option for the small additional cost.

When using our courier service someone will need to be available at the delivery address to sign for receipt of the package. The courier company will provide a scanned copy of the receiving signature on request as proof a package has been delivered. 

Heavy weight items are exactly that and can only be delivered to a ground floor location, for safety reasons delivery drivers are not permitted to move heavy weight items up steps or stairs. Palletised orders can only be delivered where a pallet truck is able to move safely over a flat smooth surface such as concrete or tarmac, not over gravel or shingle where the wheels will sink and prevent movement. If there is any doubt please call us prior to the day of delivery for further advise or arrange for assistance to available to receive the order on the day of delivery

In the unlikely event the recipient claims the goods have not been delivered and the courier company has a signature as proof of delivery to the specified delivery address in the order, the recipient will be required to liaise directly with the courier company concerned, Kaizen Solutions EU Limited will be unable to arbitrate in this scenario. If a customer refuses to accept a delivery from a postal service or courier after order a product from Kaizen Solutions EU Limited this will be recorded as a refusal to accept the package or a similar description, this will be considered a return due to a change of mind and the return cost charged by the courier will be deducted and a refund less return charges processed only after the package has been safely received by us

After a period of 10 days or so after your purchase our server will automatically email you with an invitation to review the quality of your product and the level of service you receive, you may choose to ignore this or complete the survey at your discretion, If you complete the survey we may use your completed response in an anonymous publication on our site, please ignore the email request and do not complete the survey if you do not wish it to be published.

Damaged or missing items

It is essential you open and check the condition of your order as soon as possible after receipt of the goods. In the rare situation your order arrives with damaged or missing components this must be notified in writing and emailed to us (admin@bidet-shower.co.uk) within 48 hours of receiving your goods for compensation to be considered. Any claim notified after 48 hours will NOT be considered. In the case of a products be sold with a manufacturers warranty, the manufacturer will require the customer to contact their U.K. office DIRECTLY with purchase receipts and product serial numbers in the first instance, we can guide you on the information required and details of the manufacturer's U.K. office. Once an item has been installed no claims will be considered for damage or missing parts.

Installation

The Bidet Shower must be installed in compliance to your local water authority regulations, which is a legal requirement in the U.K., if you have any doubts please use a qualified plumber. The Bidet Shower must be fitted via a local water isolating valve (sold separately) and this should be used to isolate the water supply to the Bidet Shower after each use. No hand held sprayer / hose, including our models, should be left on or under constant water pressure when not being used. Hand held sprayers and hoses are not designed for use as a valve, the spring or rubber seal inside the sprayer / hose could malfunction and leak causing water damage when left under pressure. To avoid the possibility of leaks, ALWAYS connect the Bidet Shower via a local isolating valve and make sure to turn the valve off after each use and relieve the water pressure by spraying the remaining water into the toilet; it only takes a second and will provide years of trouble free use.

Kaizen Solutions will NOT be responsible for any water damage caused by the sprayer, hose, or fittings if left under continuous water pressure. Plus, turning off the local mains isolating valve and releasing the pressure in the hose will make your hose & sprayer last much longer.

Please Note: If there is a possibility that the shower head can accidentally contact the water in the toilet bowl a suitably compliant anti-syphoning system must also be fitted to prevent backflow contamination of the water supply. Please consult the applicable WRAS regulations or the water regulations applicable to your region / territory.
