We are very pleased with this product, fitted only 24 hours ago by our plumbers. It is sturdy whilst flexible and looks good. It is as effective as a good bidet, but much easier to use and saves having a separate unit taking up more precious space.

Was not sure what to expect with this item but was pleasantly surprised with the quality of it. The handset is a good quality heavy handset with good positive trigger on it.

because we ordered surface fixing elbows, the kit was supplied with 2 external check valves instead of the standard offsets. However, washers for the mixer unit that would have been supplied with the offsets were not included with the modified package.

Solid product, easy enough in use.
Only possible warning is that the fitting to the surface back plate was awkward when the screws attaching this to the wall prevented the mixer bar going onto the backplate.
A bit of filing of the screws achieved the objective however.
The plumber commented that the chroming of the input for the copper pipes meant they were a very tight fit, but with a bit of grunting he fixed them.
