We were going to order CCP-6600-CH Extra High Comfort Bidet shower toilet originally, but a very knowledgable gentleman named Lucas suggested as we lived in hard water aria to go for the CCP-6500-CH which has a lime scale filter already included. We ordered on Thursday and it arrived the next Monday, excellent 5 star service.
The bidet shower toilet is being installed this week by our plumber, so will give a further review once it has been used for a while. Very satisfied with support and service to date.

I find it difficult to talk about toileting issues due to mobility restrictions, but suffice to say that this is the best money I've ever spent!
The toilet has been installed a matter of days now and it has already made my life so much easier.
It is very comfortable to use and leaves you feeling so clean afterwards. The remote control makes it easy to operate and it is very easy to understand and adjust the settings to suit.
I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this product, particularly if you have mobility issues.

Excellent web site with all alternatives for a WC/Bidet and sufficient detail to select. Very useful dimensions and service requirements.
Telephone enquiries were answered promptly and the person answering had a good knowledge of the product and could also answer technical questions.
Requested a specific delivery date and dates were shuffled to meet our requirements
Product delivered in good packaging with no breakage
As the product is still being installed I am unable to rate it until it has been used. This will follow in a week

Just brought this smart toilet as it includes both traditional toilet flush and smart cleaning which will help me save wasting toilet paper and better for me in the long run.
Luke gave us good advise in deciding which model to chose from a selection of thier smart toilets.
I would certainly buy again from them in the future.
