This was a major purchase, but trouble-free.Although Kaizen provided excellent information I still had queries and needed help and advice in making my choice, so I emailed/phoned the firm frequently before purchase and always received prompt and helpful replies.
The product was well up to specification and does all that is claimed.
My only concern is that the otherwise adequate handbook was a little confusing in how to use the remote control, but an email asking for help immediately produced a valuable response by phone.
Delivery was prompt and careful.

The toilet ... used muliple times every day by literally everyone in the civilised world, but in the West they are simply accepted the way they are as it is simply too embarrassing to talk about or even try to make the ‘bathroom experiance’ better even though we all use them ... plus no-one wants to be known as a ‘toilet designer’ as that’s a bit of a ‘crap’ job (sorry?).
Let’s face it the only real ‘innovation’ we’ve made in the west to a ~100 year old design is a ‘soft close seat’. Apart from that toilets are more or less the same as they were back in 1900.
If you’ve been to Japan or South Korea I don’t need to sell ‘Hi-Tech toilets’ to you because you’ll already be sold on them 10 times over and have probably been wondering why we don’t have them in our lives in the West.
If you haven’t been to Japan, and never used a ‘Hi-Tech toilet this may be totally lost on you, but I believe the reason we don’t have these toilets is that we are simply too ‘British’ too talk about our ‘bathroom habbits’ and we just accept things as they are.
The Japanese on the other hand put their cleanliness first as that is immensley important to them; it’s a core value in their lives, if you will.
Plus they they take everything that’s frankly a ‘bit naff’ and make it the best it can be, and that includes toilets.
Why not use modern technology to make something that everyone uses every day much better so the overall ‘bathroom experience’ is more pleasant ? .. makes sense really ... and it saves them a small fortune on toilet paper too !

Very helpful information given before making the decision to purchase. Ordering was straightforward and delivery was very quick. Although our installer had never come across one of these before, there were no problems whatsoever in fitting it. In use the toilet is great, and a joy to use! Would recommend - and not only for people with a disability.

Place my order for GFR-7035 Rimless Remote Control Wash and Dry Shower Toilet online after speaking to helpful and knowledgeable Kaizen staff a number of times to select the most suitable product for us. It arrived as promised a few days later and I have had it installed a week now.
It is an excellent product that does everything described very well as we had hoped and expected. I wouldn't have any reservations in recommending both the product and this company to anyone considering purchasing this wonderful lifestyle product.

Installation Requirements
- Connection piping to the sewerage waste system.
- A concealed water cistern of your choosing. or you may be interested in purchasing this unit, click HERE to view details.
- The seat requires a mains water supply of between 0.07 Mpa (0.7 bar) and 0.74 Mpa (7.4 bar) pressure. The inlet for the seat water supply is on the left facing the toilet pan.
- A fully compliant power source to the seat (in U.K. to BS7671) and located within 1.5m of the center line of the toilet (240V 50Hz 1.7Kw max) suggest located on the right facing pan.
