Originally purchased the wall mounted version for the customer but due to concerns over the strength of the wall, exchanged it for the floor mounted Aqua Lava. I returned it in person which was done painlessly and obtained some useful tips on installation. That said the toilet is easy to install and comes with a good set of instructions. It powered up quickly and pairing the remote was also straightforward. The price might seem high for a WC but is actually a bargain when compared with many other Japanese style toilets. The design is modern, sleek and unobtrusive. Customer is very happy.

Review: Installation took 4 hours. The mastic used to seal to floor and to rear WWP panel was awful - a child could have done it better. My first use found the cleaning process totally useless. No amount of setting with remote would improve the experience. The pan has now become loose and unstable - almost dangerous. I have arranged for a re-visit of installer on Monday.

Regarding the installation issues, mastic, sealing and general installation problems we would respectfully request you address these to the company you employed to install the unit.
As for the wash, prior to releasing a new product to market we test for months, this model was installed in my own en-suite around 3 years ago and tested for 10 months, being more than pleased with all aspects of the testing criteria I decided to retain it and still use it daily enjoying that totally clean feeling.

We needed to make more space in our modest bathroom to accommodate a walk in shower where the bath was. The separate bidet had to go in order to achieve this. Having never seen a Japanese Bidet Toilet in the flesh I bought an Aqua-Lava from Bidet Showers. Now it has been installed and is up and running I have to say it is everything I hoped for and more. It looks great and performs wonderfully and effortlessly. The service from Bidet Showers was excellent. I would certainly recommend this and Bidet Showers to anyone.
