Not fitted yet so can't comment on performance but looks really good and well manufactured.
My only complaint would be that it is not clear on the website at the time of ordering that certain first-fix fittings would be necessary in order to fit the shower and thermostat.
Admittedly - looking at the accessories section - it is clear that these are available. However I only realised this once the unit had arrived.

As no one installation is the same and therefore will require first fix fittings according to a particular installation we provide a bidet shower kit only, you plumber almost certainly will carry pipe, various pipe fittings elbows etc. As you state will sell an array of fittings IF required, to include a selection in an attempt to cover most installation types would increase the cost and lead to a lot of wastage of the fitting not required so with all other sellers of bidet kits it is left to the installer to provide first fix components such as pipe, elbows, clips etc. etc.
I hope this explains why not possible to second-guess the fittings you may require.
We also clearly explain in a picture format and in a written list with a description of each part supplied in the kit so all customers are fully aware of what they will be receiving.
