Lucas was very knowledgeable and helpful. I bought 2 Aqua Lava - 1400W wall hung Japanese Smart Toilet Bidets. They arrived very quickly and were very well packed. I spotted a very minor problem with some slightly deformed seat buffers. I think it happened during manufacture but really wasn't an issue. Lucas sent replacements by express delivery and they arrived within 24 hours. Both Aqua Lava bidets work well and I am very happy with their performance. The air dry could be a little better but is adequate. I would recommend these as they are good value. The missing features such as heated seat and auto lifting seat are not something I miss. I usually turned off auto-lift in Japan anyway as it was sometimes a little sensitive. The lid would open when you were passing or even hit you on the head if you bent down to clean the unit.

We have had two bidet toilet seats for several years and when one of them stopped working correctly we rang to see if they could be serviced. We were told we could ship them to them or drop them off. As we were heading to Yorkshire from Berkshire for the weekend we decided to drop them off and collect on the way back. When we dropped them off on Friday morning, we explained the possible problems and they said they'd have a look and contact us if there were any problems and we said we'd be back on Tuesday morning to collect them. On our way back our plans changed and we asked if we could collect them by 5pm, half an hour after they were due to close. They very kindly agreed to stay open until we got there and Bevan then showed us that they were both in full working order and explained what had been changed on one of them. I greatly appreciated their flexibility to stay open until we could get there as otherwise we would have had to double back the following day or get them delivered back to us. Bevan and his colleagues went above and beyond and I certainly recommend Kaizen Solutions for both the products they supply and the aftersales customer service, absolutely great.

Lucas was extremely helpful in enabling me to track down the source of a leak to a WC I had bought from Bidet & Shower, which turned out to be caused by an on-site installation issue. I would say he went above and beyond what I would have expected and for that I am grateful. Thank you.

I ordered a Bidet toilet one afternoon and it was delivered next day. Lucas was the person I spoke to and he could not have been more helpful. My plumber said all the fitting instructions were very clear and he was impressed with the quality of the fittings. It is amazing toilet and bidet, easy to use and clean.
